User Data Deletion Policy

Managixo is an application integrated with Meta/Facebook to provide WhatsApp Business customer support tools. According to the Facebook Platform Rules, we provide this User Data Deletion Policy to explain how you can request the deletion of your personal data and revoke our access to your Meta account.

How to Revoke Access and Delete Your Data via Facebook

If you want to remove Managixo's access to your Facebook Account and delete your authorization data, you can easily do so through your Facebook settings:

Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy.
Click on Settings.
In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Business Integrations (or "Apps and Websites").
Find the Managixo application in the list.
Click the Remove button next to the app.
Confirm the removal. This will immediately revoke our application's access to your Meta/Facebook data.

How to Request Complete Account and Data Deletion from Managixo

Removing the app from your Facebook settings revokes our access, but if you wish to have all your account data, chat histories, and platform configurations completely wiped from the Managixo servers, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@managixo.com from the email address registered to your Managixo account.
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
Include your Managixo Account/Workspace ID or your registered business phone number.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Your personal profile information (name, email).
Your Facebook Business asset configurations (tokens, IDs).
All WhatsApp message histories, contacts, and chat logs stored on our servers.
