Managixo acts as a Technology Provider, offering a platform that integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Our services allow businesses to connect their WhatsApp numbers to our customer service platform via the Embedded Signup flow.

To use our WhatsApp features, you must authorize our Meta App through Facebook Login for Business. You acknowledge that Managixo acts as an intermediary, and your access to WhatsApp messaging is ultimately governed by Meta's approval and platform rules. We are not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by Meta.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties (including Meta).
Managixo provides its services "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our platform or your inability to connect to the Meta API.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
